The CED has been a proud partner of LBUSD's Adult Community Transition Program since 1988. Initially beginning with the support of LBUSD and 91��ɫ administrators, the program has continued to grow providing services in access, accountability, and achievement to students with disabilities, ages 18-22.

This fall semester the College of Education will welcome its first cohort of approximately 100 students enrolled in the HSI Caminos Project, a student pipeline program aimed at increasing Latina/o and Hispanic students in the teaching profession. 

Dr. Jessica Zacher Pandya will be traveling to Australia in August to talk about her forthcoming book, Exploring Critical Digital Literacy Practices: Everyday Video in a Dual Language Context (Routledge, 2019).
