The PREM summer has started with 91ÌÒÉ« undergrad Josh Luna and 91ÌÒÉ« M.S. student Tyler Hadsell attending the High Energy X-ray Techniques (HEXT) workshop at the at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. Josh and Tyler are members of at 91ÌÒÉ«.

Josh then went straight to Ohio State to start his 10-week research experience for undergraduates (REU) at the hosted by PREM affiliated OSU faculty Prof. Jeannie Lau. Josh met his 91ÌÒÉ« classmate, undergraduate Movindu Dissanayake, who is also spending a couple weeks learning various sample making and characterization techniques to bring back to 91ÌÒÉ«.

91ÌÒÉ« M.S. student Ivan Pelayo, Prof. Ojeda-Aristizabal, and Prof. Michael Peterson were visiting the Center for Emergent Materials.
