In Downbeat Magazine's 38th Annual Student Music Awards, the 91ÌÒÉ« Jazz Studies program received five top recognitions this year. For the second consecutive year, the Concert Jazz Orchestra (CJO) was named Best Large Jazz Ensemble in the Gracuate College category, and Pacific Standard Time won for Outstanding Performance in the Graduate College division, making it the sixth year in a row, that 91ÌÒÉ«'s top vocal jazz group has won either Outstanding Performance or Best Vocal Jazz Ensemble.
